Absolutely delicious meal here tonight. Steak and chicken meals we’re beautifully done. Great spot with views to the lake. Staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and efficient. They were also really good with the table next to us with kids too. Great meal, good feed and a nice drinks list. Thanks for having us team x

This is a perfect location to have lunch especially on a warm and sunny day. Location is right infront of the lake and has nice ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful - accommodated all our simple requests. The food - it was fantastic! The servings was big and flavourful. The freakshake is a must when dining in.

We had a table for 10. The front wait staff were engaging and attentive. Our lovely attendant took our orders and even after all the changes, the food and drinks were delivered efficiently and with no problems. Our table ordered from the set menu option, the portions were very filling. A notable highlight was there were a few ribeye orders and each one was perfectly cooked to medium rare *chefs kiss The pork ribs were divine as was the fish of the day. A few of us had desserts and were very pleased. Happy to recommend Waterside Taupo for your special dinner dates or for a great family friendly option…ngā mihi
